This week’s Women’s Fight Night on JanetTV has been posted with a detailed report on the “Ultimate Women’s Challenge” reality show plus a follow-up on boxer Frida Wallberg.

Thursday it was announced that InvictaFC 6 will be going to TV ppv for their 6th card July 13.

The event, headlined by Cris Cyborg Justino and Marloes Coenen for the inaugural InvictaFC  featherweight title, will be on iNDemand, DISH, and Avail-TVN in the United States, as well as Bell TV in Canada, for $14.95. DirecTV is not on board as of yet, but you are urged to tweet @DirecTV to get it on their schedule.

For those international viewers (and those without TV availability in North America), there will still be the UStream ppv option for the same $14.95.

In action Thursday, Joanna Jedrzejczyk (now 4-0) defeated Julia Berezikova (now 7-4) via unanimous decision at the Fight Nights: Battle of Moscow 12 card in Russia. Jedrzejczyk won her forth straight bout and broke Berezikova four fight win streak.

This come off the heels of Berezikova announcing she has signed with Bellator MMA.

The undefeated amateur Brittany Dugas has announced she is turning pro. She has won all seven of her amateur with only one going the distance.

Rumors

The XFC maybe crowning a flyweight champion at XFC 26 this winter. The rumored participants are Cortney Casey and Pearl Gonzales.

The campaign for heavier weights to get matches has reaped some success as several several promoters are now organizing matches.

King Mo stated in the New York Post he is hoping to recruit InvictaFC fighters to join him in TNA wrestling.

At RoadFC in South Korea Celina Haga will take on Masaki Yoshida in a pro MMA bout. Haga (4-11) has found her stride as of late, racking up three straight wins. Yoshida (16-17-5) has lost three straight.

Bassett vs.

Bassett vs. Charneski

Two amateur female fights will take place at RFA 8 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Heather Bassett will take on Moriel Charneski in a flyweight battle. Bassett (3-2) is coming off a decsion win a year agao, while Charneski (6-2) s coming off a TKO win this past April.

In the other match, Sarah Jacobsen will take on Kylie Mergner as both make their MMA debuts.

At WXC in Southgate, MI, Lauren Foley takes on Christine Daniels for their 115 title

Ashley Greenway takes on Charity Walker for the ECCF strawweight title in Charlotte, NC

In McCook, Illinois at American Preditor FC , Nikita Netjes battles Breea Gilbert. This will stream on GFL.tv for $10.

At Warfare MMA in Myrtle Beach, SC, Andy Nguyen takes on Alexa Jones.

Rach Wiley faces Taz Smith at  Danger Fire MMA in Topeka, KS

In Moncton, New Brunswick, Canada at Atlantic Warriors MMA, Amy Palalia battles Natacha Arseneault.

Two boxing matches are set for the Takeover card in Denver, CO. In one bout, Jennifer Han will take on Karen Dulin. Han (8-2-1) is coming off a split decision loss last October. She had won six straight before the loss. Dulin is looking to snap a six fight losing streak.

The other match features Kristie Simmons facing D.J. Morrsion.

Shoot Boxing returns to Tokyo, Japan with two super fights and a Junior S-cup tournament.

In a battle of top contenders, rivials Mei Yamaguchi and Lorena Klijn will duke it out for a shot at Rena Kubota’s Shootbox title. Yamaguchi won their first bout by a close decsion.

In another superfight, Ai Takahashi will take on Yuri Kin.

The night will also have a four woman tournament to crown a Junior S-cup champ. In the semi-finals, Michi faces Mari, while Anna Murayama takes on Comachi. The winners face off later that night.

In Wales, Cardiff, Untied Kingdom, Iman Barlow faces Ashley Brace for the K1 56 kg European title.

At the Muay Thai World Series in England, Denise Castle battles Loma Sotjaou for the S1 45 kg world title

At the Best of Siam in Paris, France, Laetitia Lambert faces Soraya Bucherie

At Epic Fighters in Portugal, Luly Dilvia takes on Micaela Navarro, and Andrea Salazar faces Mariana Britez
